2. Browsing the website
This website presents Places Not Faces services. Its hosting infrastructure may process technical data, such as IP addresses, request timestamps and browser information, to deliver pages and keep the service secure. Google Analytics 4 loads only after optional measurement consent. Advertising features are disabled.
Measurement covers visited pages, language, technical browser and device information, and clicks towards the quote page, contact page, WhatsApp and email. For these clicks we send only the destination category, link placement and source page path, without URL query parameters or fragments. A click does not confirm that an enquiry was sent. We do not load Analytics on the quote and contact pages. Names, contact details and messages entered in the form are not sent to Google Analytics. You can decline or withdraw consent in cookie preferences.
The legal basis for Analytics is consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards described in its privacy policy. Google privacy policy
3. Requests for information
The enquiry form prepares a message in your browser. Its fields are not saved by the website or sent to our server. The message is shared only when you choose to send it through WhatsApp or your email application.
When you contact us, we process the data you choose to share, such as your name, business, contact details, website and project description, to reply and assess the work requested. Please avoid sending sensitive data or unnecessary information about other people.
4. Purposes and legal bases
Contact data is used to respond to your enquiries and take steps at your request before entering into a contract, under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. Once a working relationship begins, administrative and tax requirements rely on applicable legal obligations, under point (c). Infrastructure security activities may rely on the legitimate interest in keeping the service secure, under point (f).
5. Recipients, external services and transfers
Data may be processed by providers needed for email, communications and hosting. WhatsApp and other external websites have their own policies and terms: opening a link takes you to that service. These providers may also process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards described in their policies.

6. Retention
We retain communications for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and its follow-up. Project documentation is retained for contractual needs and for the periods required by applicable administrative and tax obligations. Technical hosting data follows the provider’s settings and retention periods.
Current Google Analytics settings retain event data for 2 months and user data for 14 months; user data retention may restart after new activity. The agency’s browser cookies are limited to 180 days.
7. Your rights
Where the GDPR provides for it, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, or object to its processing. Write to hello@getsouqaro.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (new tab).
8. Providing data and automated decisions
You can browse the website without contacting us. The information requested in the message helps us understand your project and reply; not providing it may limit our response. We do not use the form for automated decisions or profiling.
