The service
Places Not Faces offers website design, development and ongoing care. The information on this website describes the services; the actual work is defined in a written proposal with terms for each project.
Proposal and costs
Before starting, we agree on pages, features, content, languages, revisions, required materials, timelines and fees. The project cost and any ongoing care are separate. Domain registration, external services, payment fees and integrations are listed separately where included.
Websites start from €1,000. The first private preview is delivered within 7 days of agreeing on the project and receiving the required materials. The final price, tax treatment, revisions and publication are specified in your proposal. The 7 days refer to the preview, not the final launch.
Materials and approval
The client supplies or approves the copy, images, data and statements about their business and must hold the necessary rights to the materials. The preview lets you review the work before publication. Delays in supplying materials or approvals may change the agreed timeline.
Publication, domain and access
Publication on the client’s domain follows approval under the agreed terms. Domain ownership, access, renewals and management responsibilities are specified before registration or transfer.
Ongoing care and new requests
Ongoing care, when selected, covers only the activities and limits stated in the agreement. New pages, additional revisions, translations and integrations are assessed and quoted separately when outside the agreed scope.
Search and commercial results
SEO foundations and structured content do not guarantee indexing, search rankings, mentions by AI systems, enquiries, sales or bookings. Project descriptions show visible features, without claiming unverified results.
